Training for executives, system administrators, and everyday users is provided at the appropriate level. Because TranStar is windows- and browser-based, the system is user-friendly and intuitive. Everyone learns it quickly.
Perpetual Customization
TS Partners customizes the system to your configuration as part of our installation process at no extra charge.
If you need additional customization after installation, TS Partners will provide that promptly. In most cases, where the customization involves handling a routine process for corporate trust or stock transfer, TS Partners will provide the customization at no extra charge.
Service and Support
TS Partners staffs with only industry-experienced technical support. When you call, you speak with someone who not only knows the software, but also understands the process you’re trying to complete.
