The following services are provided at a per annum charge as part of this program:
 
 
  • Testing and certification of your data backups on a quarterly basis and retention of these backups for your emergency use until they are replaced with updated copies
  • Provisions for an on-site relocation center in King of Prussia, PA; including the necessary replacement equipment for your use on an emergency basis to allow continued processing of your daily work
  • Contact to our key support people on an unlimited basis 24 hours a day 7 days a week and holidays.
  • Invitation to participate in all disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Active participation in making arrangements to replace equipment, installation of new software and any necessary data recovery
  • Commitment to having your organization back in operation within 24 hours of a disaster, either through the local acquisition of replacement equipment or by loaning you our equipment express shipped to you next day
  • Upon your request, we will send one of our senior people to your site to aid in equipment acquisition, software installation and data recovery for a per diem fee of $1,000 plus expenses

Is the Disaster Recovery Plan periodically tested?
Is there a time of recovery objective?
Do you have a designated recovery site for data?
Is critical data backed up on a frequent and regular basis?
Are backups kept at an offsite location?
Can your data be backed up on a daily basis?
Does your data have virus protection at the recovery location?
Do you perform intrusion detection at the recovery location?
Is your firewall managed and monitored at the recovery location?
  Does your organization have access to key people at all times?  
  If you lose or cannot get to your servers will you be able to acquire additional servers with enough capacity to run your applications within 24 hours?
Do you have back-up equipment located at a geographically separate location?
Do you have personnel available to set up and manage server operations at a remote site within 24 hours?
Does the remote location have a configured network in place?
